Aleut Real Estate (ARE) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aleut and is committed to providing exceptional commercial real estate services. Currently, ARE currently manages and invests in commercial and residential real estate developments in Alaska, Colorado, Oregon, and Washington. ARE also forms and maintains strategic partnerships with like-minded commercial real estate investment companies including our regional partner Calista Corporation. These joint ventures enable ARE to pursue a trajectory of steady growth, while simultaneously minimizing risks to our shareholders.
