Aleut Real Estate is the holding company for Aleut’s real estate properties. Aleut Real Estate and Tayal Brokerage work together to both acquire, invest and manage properties, but Tayal Brokerage specializes in property management, consulting and investment strategy.

Natalie Travers-Smyre

General Manager, Aleut Real Estate Broker, Tayal Brokerage

Natalie Travers-Smyre brings over 37 years of real estate expertise to Tayal Brokerage, where she serves as Associate Broker in our Anchorage office. A licensed associate broker since 1988, Natalie’s career spans nearly every corner of the industry—including brokerage management, homeowner association oversight, residential land development, new construction sales, and dispute resolution.

In her role at Tayal, Natalie focuses on new business development, investment consulting, licensee supervision, and operational excellence. Natalie’s decade-long leadership in brokerage management has earned her a reputation for strategic thinking and dedicated client focus. She also mentors aspiring real estate professionals and values building collaborative relationships within the industry. Outside of work she enjoys dog mushing with her Siberian huskies.

Susan Selzer

Associate Broker, Aleut Real Estate, Tayal Brokerage

Susan has a background in accounting as well as real estate. A licensed broker since 1990, she founded and led a real estate practice that included residential sales/property management, and HOA management. Susan focuses on team success and building strong relationships with clients and peers.

Known for a common-sense approach and a boots-on-the-ground working style, she brings practical solutions and hands-on experience to every transaction. Susan is involved in her community, serving on nonprofit Boards of Directors for over 20 years and mentoring youth in the sport of dog mushing.

In her off time, Susan is a pilot and enjoys mushing her sprint dog team, embracing the adventurous spirit of Alaska.

Nora Delolli

Operations Supervisor

Born and raised in the breathtaking landscapes of Alaska, Nora has cultivated a deep appreciation for the beauty and resilience of nature. With over a decade of experience in the real estate industry, she is dedicated to delivering best-in-class service to every client.

Beyond the world of real estate, Nora finds joy in hiking the rugged trails of Alaska, nurturing a vibrant garden, and tackling renovation projects. An avid indoor cyclist in the winter months, she embraces an active lifestyle that reflects her commitment to both personal well-being and the environment.
