Aleut Environmental Remediation (AER) provides a wide range of environmental services including sampling and characterization, remediation, site preparation, site assessments, waste packaging, and disposition for both federal and commercial clients.

BUSINESS CHALLENGE

AER’s Alaska team reached out to Aleut Real Estate and Tayal Brokerage to find a new warehouse space in Anchorage, Alaska to store equipment and vehicles. The search posed a challenge due to the limited availability of industrial space in the Anchorage metro area. The team needed a climate-controlled, secure facility with at least one garage door large enough to accommodate their vehicles and equipment. Proximity to the airport was also a key factor to support operational efficiency.

SOLUTION

Through their network, they identified a newly available warehouse in a secure, centrally located industrial park. The team acted swiftly to secure the lease, and within a month, AER was able to move in.

RESULTS

The warehouse, approximately 1,000 square feet, includes a garage door and ample space for AER’s equipment and materials. Its central location provides a convenient base of operations for projects across Alaska.
